I AM:

I am made of stardust and sunflowers. I am alive. I am breath. I am a magnificent form of the energy of love. I am the combined love of animals, ice cream, and my soul mate. I am a piece of something much larger than myself and am just now finding my way in this universal community.

I BELIEVE:

I believe we each have a soul and a spirit and the glorious combination of the two mean we each have a unique purpose and gift to share. I believe somewhere along the way we forgot what it means to truly be in human form and have a human experience. I also believe we are capable of healing ourselves - of returning to an innate inner wisdom that has too long been ignored. I believe in transformation, forgiveness, and becoming unified. I believe in the darkness…

…and in the light.

I STAND FOR:

I stand for respect. I stand for compassion. And I stand for equality. I intend to conduct myself with dignity and grace. I intend for my actions to spread love and compassion in my community, to my students, and beyond. I stand for allowing myself and others to feel fully, whatever that means.
