About Victoria


Hi! I’m Victoria.

I am a E-RYT 200 & RYT 500 (experienced registered yoga teacher) that focuses on helping individuals manage their chronic pain through personalized functional movement programs.

Being a chronic pain warrior myself, I deeply understand how the typical treatment of chronic pain is often a “one size fits all” protocol that doesn’t necessarily work for the individual in pain.

My programs will teach you how to move your body functionally, safely, and efficiently, all while retraining your brain and nervous system in an effort to reduce experienced pain.
